Another great way to get involved is to join ACTPAC – the Ahwatukee Children’s Theatre Parent Assistance Committee. ACTPAC is a parent organization supporting Ahwatukee Children's Theatre. The primary purpose is to coordinate the fundraising efforts not only for the theatre as a whole, but for individual classes and/or groups. ACTPAC assists in the communication process between the ACT Board of Directors and the theatre families. The organization is the collaborative voice of the theatres’ families; collaborating ideas and efforts to assist the theatre. ACTPAC also reaches out to the community to help increase the theatres’ membership.
ACTPAC meetings are held the first Thursday every month at Ahwatukee Children's Theatre located at 5051 East Elliot Road in Phoenix. Childcare is available, upon request. Please contact Carol McManigle at camcmanigle@yahoo.com for more information or to find out how to become a member. |
