PLEASE NOTE…All classes should maintain a minimum of 10 students throughout the semester. If enrollment falls below this number, the class may be cancelled.
A thirty day WRITTEN notice is required if your child no longer wishes to be enrolled in a class.
Classes, times, performances and instructors are subject to change.
There is a registration fee due upon registration of $25 per child for new students for the 2010 season beginning January and lasting through July 2010.
All classes will run for 17 weeks per semester.
We are offering a tuition discount when the entire semester cost is paid on or before December 1, 2009.
This price will include all classes AND private voice/dance lessons.
If you would still like to pay monthly, we have divided the semester cost of tuition into four equal payments to be collected on or before the weeks of January 4, February 1, March 1 and April 1 for Spring.

ACT 1 Show Choir

This performing group is the perfect place to start at ACT! Does your child sing and dance all over the house? This group teaches singing in a group, vocal technique as well as dance! This class is a combination of the Children’s Chorus and Little ACT on Tour that was offered last year. The kids will go out and show off their talents at community events to be announced. They have performed at the Phoenix Zoo, carnivals, festivals and charity events. If you’re looking for a place for your youngster to sing, dance, learn, make friends, get involved in the community and most importantly, HAVE FUN, this is the class for you!

Family Studio Series

Do you want to find out WHY your kids love acting so much? Then JOIN THEM ON STAGE!!! In this class, big and small actors alike will join forces to produce “Fiddler on the Roof”. This will be a two season class that will not only produce a full scale musical but will teach basic to advanced theatre which will include auditioning, vocals and dance! Everyone who joins gets a role! This class is open to ANY adult and child and we encourage the ENTIRE family to get involved. Trust us, once you get on stage, you WILL get hooked! Start a new family “Tradition” with your kids in “Fiddler on the Roof”. Semester price includes one adult AND one child. Each additional family member (sibling, grandparent, aunt, uncle, parent) is less than half price once the first adult and child register!

Is your child wanting to get involved with the musicals ACT produces but is scared off by the auditions or competition? This class will perform age appropriate full scale musicals for the community. Each week will be a rehearsal building up to the final performances at the end of the semester. The kids will be doing what they LOVE doing… being in a MUSICAL!!! This semester we will be producing “Grease, Jr.”

Let’s face it…what kids really want is to perform in shows and get big roles, right? This class is for them! Is your child wanting to get involved with the musicals ACT produces but is scared off by the auditions or competition? This class is limited to 25 students and will perform full scale musicals for the community. Each week will be a rehearsal building up to a production to be performed in May 2010. The actor in this class will gain experience in a small cast while doing what they LOVE doing…being in a MUSICAL! This year we will be producing “Footloose”. There are LOT’s of great roles for males and females. Please note that this will be a year-long (two season) commitment due to the length and complexity of the show.

Due to the popular demand of our studio series classes, we are adding a new Studio Series that will be producing "Annie Jr." Class will be starting on November 2.This class will be held Mondays from 5:00-6:00. Tuition is $81.25 per month. The age group for this class will be K and up. There are great roles available at each age level. The performance for this class will be in the spring.

Select Show Choir

Select is a HIGH LEVEL show choir open to grades 9 – 12. It is an audition only class. This year the group will be traveling to Disney World in Orlando, FL during Spring Break for competition, clinic and performance opportunities. All community performances and all rehearsals are MANDATORY. There are consequences for unexcused rehearsals and performances that can lead to dismissal from the group. Please keep this in mind before auditioning. Select requires a HUGE commitment. Disney World trip is required.

Treble Makers Show Choir

This is a performance group which focuses on three part harmony pieces and basic dance moves to create a show choir! This is a great group for a child who may enjoy their school choir but is looking for something more challenging, to be offered more solo and performance opportunities and something that requires a larger commitment level from its participants. This group performs for the community (about 4 times per year) and will also be traveling to Disney World in Orlando between Memorial Day and the start of summer camp for mandatory competition and performance opportunities.

Tweens Show Choir

This performing group is designed for the older school aged child who wishes to be challenged by learning basic harmonies and dance movement in a two hour class, while having many community performance opportunities (average 1 every other month). This is a great way to get involved in ACT and to gain performance and dance skills, work on group vocal techniques and have fun with peers. Most importantly, this class gives the student the necessary skills to continue on to ACTs traveling/competing choruses.

This is an intermediate musical theatre acting class designed to go well with the Tweens Show Choir as a buddy class., but you do NOT have to be registered in Tweens Show Choir to participate!
